The pants covers the knee, sizing is for average build kids and the fit is tight but not inhibiting for active kids.IVY has an elastic waistband and fake fly.. You can also sew it with a zippered fly or choose a larger size for a little bigger kids who need a little more room. The gathered IVY pants are suitable for year round wear, barefoot in Summer or with boots in the Winter months. It is easy to sew thus also suitable forbeginners. Suitable for wovens.
