SHIPPING within Australia is FREE!

All orders are shipped regular parcel post, and we are rural Victoria, so we cannot offer over night shipping.

Orders under $50 do not have tracking/insurance included- if you require these, please leave a comment at time of purchase for additional cost.

(please note: we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels that have no tracking).

if you prefer to ship Express Post  please contact me for additional charge and I will give your order packing priority.
(but do take into account where we are, it may not be much quicker).

I will always get your order on it's way as quickly as  can, but in SALES times there may be a delay.

BACK ORDERS

As we wholesale and retail- sometimes we run out of certain colours and will have new stocks coming ( mostly STELLA, it has so many colours!).
If this is ever the case; I'll always let you know and if this does not suit, will refund immediately.
